Time-Based Regeneration (ES021)

This model performs regeneration at preset intervals, which can be precisely programmed by day or by hour, ensuring consistent operation and reliable system performance.
Flow-Based Regeneration (ES023)
The flow-meter model (ES023) supports up to four regeneration modes, offering enhanced flexibility:
- A-01: Single Flow Delayed – Regenerates when the set volume is reached but delayed until the programmed time.
- A-02: Single Flow Immediate – Regenerates immediately once the target flow is reached.
- A-03: Smart Flow Delayed – A smart regeneration mode that combines predictive operation and timing.
- A-04: Smart Flow Immediate – Another intelligent mode for real-time regeneration control.
Additionally, ATV automatic valves include exclusive features such as automatic water shut-off when the system reaches the preset media replacement cycle, preventing system overload or contamination.
Data Storage and Safety Alerts
To ensure continuous operation and protect critical system data, the ES Series valves come equipped with smart data management and alert functions:
- Power Loss Warning and Data Reset: The valve stores configuration data for up to 3 days during power outages. If power is lost for more than 3 days, the valve issues a warning prompting the user to reconfigure settings.
- Maintenance and Fault Alerts: The valve automatically notifies users of scheduled maintenance and features an audible alarm for functional errors. It also tracks and records the exact number of backwash cycles for performance monitoring.
Multi-Valve Connection (Interlock System)
The ES Series includes an interlock port, allowing multi-valve synchronization and control, enhancing automation for large-scale industrial systems where redundancy and sequencing are essential.
